A review of its many benefits such as emotional resiliency, adaptability, optimism, innovation, perseverance, relational stability, cognitive excellence and more will be placed in perspective. How each individual may access deeper talents and greater happiness and fulfillment through renewed recognition of their own "personal play personality" will also be reviewed.
