WHO ATTENDS?

WHEN DOES THE EARLY BIRD RATE EXPIRE?

The special launch rate expires on 31 July and the early bird rate on 18 September. The earlier you book the more you save.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A GOLD PASS?

The gold pass is a 3 day package which includes the pre-conference full-day workshop, conference and 1 x half day workshop.

WHAT IS PLATINUM PREMIUM SEATING?

All seats in the auditorium have uninterrupted views of the stage. However, you may enhance your conference experience by taking up the Platinum Seating option. Enjoy guaranteed premium seating in an exclusive area close to the stage during the two conference days. This option can be added to any conference package. Please see the registration page for details.

CAN I BUY A ONE DAY TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE?

We don't usually offer one day passes as seats are reserved for those attending the full conference.

CAN I JUST ATTEND A WORKSHOP?

Yes, Tony Buzan’s pre-conference workshop is bookable separately.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED?

Morning and afternoon tea, coffee and snacks are included in the conference fee. Please note that lunch is not included. Why not? Our philosophy is to put all our resources into getting the best possible speakers from all over the world, and leave it to you to sample one of the many cafes nearby.

TRANSPORT

The Concourse is easily accessible – only a two minute walk from Chatswood Interchange for train and bus services and a short trip by car from the Sydney CBD with ample parking on site. Visit Transport Info to plan your trip by public transport

IS THERE PARKING AT THE CONFERENCE?

Yes. The Concourse car park entrance is on Ferguson Lane via Archer Street (maximum rate $20). Accessible parking spaces are available in this car park and in nearby Endeavour and Spring Streets. View information on The Concourse parking here

WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR THE EVENT?

All registrations must be paid for before attending. Please contact (02) 8719 5118 should you need to discuss this further.

HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR THE EVENT?

You can register online or by phone on (02) 8719 5118 and pay via credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

WHY DO I KEEP RECEIVING PAYMENT REMINDERS WHEN I’VE PAID?

Payment reminders are sent when there are amounts owing against a part of your registration or your full registration. If you paid by EFT, please email your remittance advice to conferences@viconferences.com.au. If no remittance advice is received, it is possible we have been unable to match your payment to your registration. Please contact the conference office on (02) 8719 5118.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ENTRY TICKET?

Entry tickets can be picked up at the registration desk on the day of the conference. Please bring a copy of your invoice. The registration desk will be open one hour before the conference commences. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to collect your ticket and make your way to the auditorium.
