Barry Divola is a feature writer, columnist and critic for Rolling Stone, The Sydney Morning Herald, the (sydney) magazine and Who. He is also the author of three non-fiction books, three childrens books (including M Is For Metal), and a recent book of fiction, Nineteen Seventysomething, a nostalgic coming-of-age story set in the decade that style forgot. He has won the Banjo Paterson Award for short fiction three times, and this year won the Jennifer Burbidge Short Fiction Award.
