Matt Moran | Celebrity Chef and restaurateur, Guest Judge Masterchef, Channel 10 | Aria

Matt Moran, is co-owner and head chef of the awarded ARIA Restaurants in Sydney and Brisbane and in late 2011 will open a casual eatery, with its own dedicated herb and vegetable garden, on the 'Pruniers' site in Woollahra (Sydney). While Matt’s main focus is his restaurants as an Australian cuisine icon he enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge to the public through the media, be it on television, including the hugely successful Network 10 program MasterChef, but also on radio and in print. Matt has been a member of the International Culinary Panel for Singapore Airlines since 2003 and has also published two cookbooks – “Matt Moran” which showcases some ARIA dishes adapted for the home cook, “When I Get Home” which includes Matt’s favourite recipes that he cooks at home for his family and friends, and has a new cookbook due out later this year.
