Rasmus Hougaard | Director and Senior Trainer | The Potential Project, Denmark

Rasmus Hougaard, founder of The Potential Project, is based in Denmark and dedicates his life to bringing mindfulness into work places globally. He has been practicing and teaching mindfulness training in Europe for almost twenty years. He has done research in organizational learning and development and has worked for the Sony Corporation. Together with researchers, mindfulness masters and corporate top leaders he developed the Potential Project. The Potential Project is an international organization, based on non-profit principles, specialized in facilitating mindfulness training tailored to busy employees and managers in corporations. Sony Corporation and General Electric are some of the clients of Potential Project. Potential Project is training and certifying corporate trainers in the CBMT program.
